The winery produces and sells cava and wine, and runs wine tourism visits.
Access to this site is free of charge. By using it you accept these terms and undertake to use the site lawfully and in good faith.
We reserve the right to change the presentation, configuration and content of the site at any time, and to suspend access temporarily for technical reasons.
The text, photographs, trade marks, logos and design of this site belong to Celler Jan Vidal, S.C.P. or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or communicated publicly without prior written consent.
The denominations of origin and quality marks shown belong to their respective regulatory boards.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@josepventosa.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you, and we do not carry out profiling.
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, whether our own or third-party. That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent.
We do use your browser’s local storage to remember your basket and your chosen language. That information stays on your device, never reaches our servers, and you can clear it by deleting site data in your browser.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
Delivery within mainland Spain costs €5.90 and is free on orders over €60.00. Orders normally arrive within 24 to 72 working hours of payment being confirmed.
You can also collect your order free of charge at the Bellvei winery during shop hours, letting us know in advance.
Payment is by card through Stripe. The order is accepted once you receive the confirmation email. Should an item be unavailable, we will tell you and refund the corresponding amount.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from it without giving a reason. Simply write to info@josepventosa.com quoting your order number.
Bottles must be returned unopened, with the seal intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or was the wrong one.
Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed against any product in the shop or a visit to the winery.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or split across more than one purchase. If you lose the code, write to us and we will recover it from the purchase details.
Visits can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked time.
Within 48 hours the booking is non-refundable, but we can move it to another date subject to availability.
If we are the ones who have to cancel, you choose: a full refund or an alternative date.
Selling or supplying alcoholic drinks to anyone under 18 is prohibited. By placing an order or a booking you confirm that you are 18 or over.
We reserve the right to ask for identification on delivery or on arrival for a visit.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
