One step further. The same winery tour, but with time to get into the detail of the traditional method: tirage, the second fermentation inside the bottle, riddling and disgorging.

At the tasting, six glasses: three cavas and three wines cutting across the three houses and four appellations. With Romaní cheese and breadsticks to make it all easier.

The visit for those who already know a little about wine and want to understand why our reserva spends twenty-two months on lees rather than fourteen.
