Five premium cavas and three premium wines, including the Brut Reserva Limited Edition and the DOQ Priorat red. We taste in order of ageing and finish where the copper-embossed signature label begins.
With a board of selected cheeses and charcuterie. Book ahead: we open bottles we do not open every day.
